Selectively acquire or license Web3 products, software assets, codebases, domains, intellectual property, data assets, and project companies where ownership can unlock value.
Platforms & infrastructure
Run acquired and built platforms with compliance, cybersecurity, custody, and reporting controls treated as core infrastructure, not afterthoughts.
Revenue models
Pursue revenue through software licensing, subscriptions, integration and support fees, transaction-based fees, royalties, revenue-share arrangements, and enterprise contracts.
